All regular board meetings are open to residents in accordance with the Open Meeting Act.
Notice to Residents: Regular Board meetings are held monthly and are open to all Bay Ridge homeowners. Residents wishing to speak during the open forum period should arrive at the start of the meeting. Agendas are posted 4 days in advance per California Open Meeting Act requirements. Also note, meetings schedule may be governed by the Bay Ridge By-Laws.

Each Board meeting includes a resident open forum period at the beginning. Homeowners may address the Board on any item not already on the agenda. Speakers are typically given three minutes. Items requiring Board action will be placed on a future agenda.
The Board may meet in executive (closed) session to discuss specific matters permitted under California law, including member discipline, legal matters, personnel, and contract negotiations. Notice of executive session is provided as required by the Open Meeting Act.
