RE: California American Water (Cal-Am) Proposed Water Moratorium for Hidden Hills/Bay Ridge (per Application 19-07-005)

Cal-Am is proposing a Water Moratorium that impacts all property owners in Bay Ridge and Hidden Hills. At the November 15th Bay Ridge Board of Directors Meeting, the Board agreed that a challenge to the Cal-Am Moratorium serves the public interest of Bay Ridge and Hidden Hills property owners.  The board approved funds in the amount of $5,000 to support the legal team challenging the Cal-Am Moratorium.

The Board now requests your support in this effort to challenge the proposed Cal-Am Moratorium as follows:

Please, join Us at the Cal-Am and California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) Public Hearing:

We now request your assistance, if you can join us at the CPUC hearings public on December 9th at 6:00 PM at the following address would be most helpful (since there is power in numbers of attendees):

December 9th at 6:00 PM
Seaside Council Chambers
440 Harcourt Avenue
Seaside, CA 93950

Please Make a Donations to Stop Cal-Am:

Ultimately, water is expensive here in Monterey. And if Cal-Am gets their way water will get even more expensive in the coming years. We now seek further donations for the cause and you can donate and help us “Say No To Cal-Am…” via our GoFundMe.com page as follows:
